Banks’, newly signed to Entertainment One on a million dollar contract, is a quadruple threat that is continuously honing her skills in rapping, singing, dancing, and acting. Her sound and style is constantly evolving for the better and ultimately changing the landscape of music. Even though her project has been temporarily cancelled due to the Wild N Out controversy, her highly anticipated sophomore album Fantasea II will include tracks like “Anna Wintour” and “Treasure Island”. It gives listeners a taste of what to expect from the project and a new sense of direction for female rap that includes elements of house, pop, and contemporary r&b.
